I am in control.
Today I have eaten two salads and two cereal bars.
I am in control.
I'm not eating chocolate until I finish school for the summer.
I do this, I go through a healthy eating phase and keep it up about a week and then I lose control and just give in to all the cravings.
I'm staying in control this time.
I feel awful when I'm sitting there craving junk.
I feel even more awful after I've eaten the junk.
I just need to remember this, and then I will stay in control.
