Today was absolutely beautiful!
Originally we were going to London but then Joe was ill so we called it off but then he felt better so we decided to do something after all. But we didn't want to do what we ALWAYS do in London (Covent Garden, Leicester Square, China Town etc) so we decided to have a whole day in London but go to places we've never been to before.
We started in Portobello Road and the market wasn't on but it really is a stunning area, so pretty and colourful! The weather was literally GLORIOUS, clear and sunny all day and it was actually hot! Joe was a sleeveless Joe :D Then, due to my extreme love of beigels (that's bagels to all you non-Jews and/or Americans :P) we went to Brick Lane. It wasn't a very nice area and we got unbelievably lost but it was such a laugh and we eventually found the Brick Lane Beigel Bake which was literally AWESOME! I've wanted to go there for so long and I'm so glad I got to go! The beigels were DELICIOUS, I had 2 smoked salmon and cream cheese ones (teehee) and I bought 12 plain ones and 2 onion platzels for my mum. And it was majorly cheap too. I think I will have another beigel in a minute.
So yes, it was yet another perfect day. (:
I'm in awe of how amazing these Easter holidays have been so far. I've had such a brilliant time and I've got so much more planned and they're not even half way through yet!
